What is Bajiquan?
Bajiquan (八极拳), meaning “Eight Extremes Fist”, is a Chinese martial art known for explosive, short-range power. Originating in northern China, it became famous as a bodyguard art, used to protect political leaders.
Bajiquan emphasizes elbow strikes, body-checking, and sudden bursts of energy.
