Gouren, or Breton Wrestling, is a traditional grappling style from Brittany, France, with records dating back to the Middle Ages. Wrestlers wear a special jacket (roched) and aim to throw opponents cleanly.
It is part of the Celtic wrestling traditions, closely related to Cornish Wrestling.
